# Fx.dropWhile

Alias of `skipWhile` for Effect parity (`dropWhile` naming).

## Why

`dropWhile` provides Effect Stream naming for the same prefix-dropping behavior as `skipWhile`.

## Ownership and lifetime

This alias has exactly `skipWhile`'s per-run gate and acquires no additional resource.
