# RefOption.make

Creates a new `RefOption` from an Option, `Effect`, or `Fx`.

## Signatures

```ts
export declare function make<A, E = never, R = never>(initial: Option.Option<A> | Effect.Effect<Option.Option<A>, E, R> | Fx.Fx<Option.Option<A>, E, R>, eq?: Equivalence<A>): Effect.Effect<RefOption<A, E>, never, R | Scope.Scope>;
```

## Why

Creates option state with equality suited to that Effect data type, so unchanged values do not
produce redundant pushed updates.

## Ownership and lifetime

The creation Effect requires Scope. It owns initializer acquisition, live source subscriptions,
and cleanup; source failures and services stay on reads and pushes.

## Examples

```ts
import { Effect, Option } from "effect"
import * as RefOption from "@typed/fx/RefOption"
const program = Effect.gen(function* () {
  const value = yield* RefOption.make(Option.some(42))
  const current = yield* value
  console.log(current) // { _tag: "Some", value: 42 }
})
```
