## Why

Gives generic utilities one structural supertype for writable RefSubject values while leaving
concrete value, error, and service channels available to conditional types.

## Ownership and lifetime

Any is a contract and performs no acquisition. Implementations retain the errors, services,
interruption, and Scope requirements expressed by its members.
