# RefSubject.filteredFromService

Defers retrieval of a Filtered value from Effect Context while preserving Filtered behavior.

## Why

Lets a service-provided Filtered participate directly in Effect reads and Fx observation without
manually flat-mapping the service tag at every use.

## Ownership and lifetime

The filtered from service view retains no independent value. Its Effect read fails with NoSuchElement
while absent; the observing Scope owns and finalizes its Fx subscription.
