# RefSubject.slice

Limits which pushed versions a RefSubject view observes without changing its state.

## Why

Applies `skip` and `take` only to the Fx observation channel. Current reads still sample the
underlying RefSubject directly, and writes still use its original serialized update boundary.

## Ownership and lifetime

Creating the view starts nothing and retains no value. Each observation uses its Scope and ends
after `take` selected pushes; ending that observation does not interrupt or delete the source.
Version, interruption, subscriber count, reads, failures, services, and writes delegate to the
source RefSubject.
