Extracts the successful narrowed value produced by a Guard.

## Why

Guarded handlers receive the proven output rather than the original route parameter type.

## Ownership and lifetime

Computed only by TypeScript. The accepted value itself is produced by one guard invocation and retained by the selected route parameter RefSubject.
