Parses a route string literal into its ordered Path AST tuple.

## Why

Route constructors retain literal parameter names, query declarations, and optionality in their types.

## Ownership and lifetime

TypeScript computes `ParseAsts` from the route literal or AST tuple supplied to it; the alias is erased and retains no runtime data.
