Collects matcher-facing query parameter declarations from a Route AST.

## Why

Runtime input normalization follows the same declarations used by schema decoding.

## Ownership and lifetime

`getQueryInputParameters` traverses the supplied AST immediately and returns a fresh array; child AST and Schema values in that array remain shared references.
