Represents every static or dynamic attribute-like AST node.

## Why

Attribute, property, event, ref, class, data, boolean, and spread semantics
remain distinct for native DOM updates and safe SSR serialization.

## Ownership and lifetime

The union owns no Attr, listener, ref target, or Scope.
