# RefResult.isFailure

Check if the current state of a RefResult is Failure.

## Why

Exposes the Result failure discriminator as Computed state without changing or duplicating the
RefResult.

## Ownership and lifetime

The is failure view retains no independent state. An Effect read samples the source once; Fx
observation follows later pushes and its observing Scope owns subscription cleanup.
