# isComputed

Tests whether a value carries the public Computed TypeId.

## Why

Uses the TypeId contract rather than a concrete implementation class, so custom Computed values
and service facades participate in the same runtime guard.

## Ownership and lifetime

This synchronous predicate performs no Effect, subscription, or acquisition.
