A required decoded field name paired with its Effect Schema.

## Why

Schema construction can collect route fields without losing the decoded validator.

## Ownership and lifetime

`SchemaField` is a readonly structural contract. The concrete arrays, AST nodes, names, and Schemas remain owned by the caller that constructs them.
