# EventHandlerTypeId

The global symbol used to identify `EventHandler` values across module copies.

## Why

A stable nominal key makes the runtime guard precise without depending on
browser event object shape.

## Ownership and lifetime

The symbol is process-global metadata. It allocates no listener or resource.
