# Dom.HostOptions

Shared options for a component with an overridable DOM host.

## Why

Components expose ordinary DOM props and refs instead of hiding their host.

## Ownership and lifetime

The component Scope owns rendered props and the ref lifetime; unmentioned DOM
remains outside the component's ownership.
