# isEventKey

Tests whether a prop name uses Typed's native event conventions.

## Why

Host forwarding and merging treat `on*` and `@*` keys as handlers rather
than ordinary attributes.

## Ownership and lifetime

Pure predicate; it installs no listener and retains no key.
