# BoundElementProperties

Dot-prefixed live form-control properties supported by an element.

## Why

Values such as `checked` and `selectedIndex` are live DOM state; binding the
property avoids lossy attribute reflection.

## Ownership and lifetime

The binding is active only for the rendered part's Scope and does not replace
the element or synthesize browser state.
