Applies skip and take only to the Fx observation channel. Current reads still sample the
underlying RefSubject directly, and writes still use its original serialized update boundary.
Ownership and lifetime
Creating the view starts nothing and retains no value. Each observation uses its Scope and ends
after take selected pushes; ending that observation does not interrupt or delete the source.
Version, interruption, subscriber count, reads, failures, services, and writes delegate to the
source RefSubject.
